Elemental "A Hip Hop Event Series"

In celebration and recognition of the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop and its influence on contemporary music, art, fashion, and culture, Music at the Intersection and Walls Off Washington will present 50 community facing events, workshops, demonstrations, installations, and parties that celebrate and elevate Hip Hop in 2023.

Our year long celebration kicks off on January 28th with Elemental “The Party” at Sophie's Artist Lounge, featuring sounds by Biko & special guest DJ Charlie Chan. Hosted by Finsta with live b-boy / b-girl sessions curated by IDUNNOMARTY, plus live art & guest MCs.

This monthly party takes place on the 4th Saturday of every month and will showcase the 4 elements of hip hop curated by some of the world's most prolific Hip Hop DJ’s, MC’s, Artists, and Dancers.
